Details
Intro
We transform recycled aluminum and eco-friendly materials into a youth mountain bike that delivers both performance and sustainability. The STP range features a lightweight, strong, and durable frame crafted from recycled aluminum alloy, designed specifically for young riders with ergonomics and geometry that ensure stable handling and a smooth ride. Committed to innovative, environmentally friendly material choices, we deliver high-quality, sustainable products—making every ride a meaningful step toward a greener future.
Materials
This youth mountain bike represents a breakthrough in our aluminum alloy technology. Its frame and rims are crafted from our proprietary RK6061 recycled aluminum alloy, made with 90%–100% pre-consumer recycled aluminum, significantly improving material efficiency and reducing waste. Combined with an eco-friendly saddle made from recycled steel (rSteel) and polypropylene (rPP), the entire bike delivers strength and sustainability. Taking the STP 26 model as an example, at the raw material stage, compared to virgin materials of the same weight, we achieve nearly a 23% reduction in CO₂ emissions—driving progress toward sustainable innovation.

PRE rCARBON
- IntroWe transform sustainable materials into the world’s first eco-friendly push bike, debuting as the first complete bike in our sustainable products lineup. Crafted with components made from eco-friendly materials and sustainable manufacturing processes, this bike is designed with angles and geometry tailored to children’s ergonomics. Featuring a soft, non-slip saddle, it ensures lasting comfort during long riding sessions while contributing to a greener future.
- MaterialsThis push bike marks a milestone in our application of recycled materials. Its frame, fork, wheels, handlebar/stem unit, and seatpost are crafted with exclusive recycled carbon fiber technology, while the tires, grips, and saddle are made from suitable eco-friendly, low-carbon materials, such as Seawastex. At the raw material stage, compared to virgin materials of the same weight, PRE rCARBON reduces CO2 emissions by 50%, taking a significant step toward a more sustainable future.
