A Giant Group Taiwan Sales Company employee at one of our locations had the privilege of witnessing the transformative power of our pre-loved bicycles firsthand. One day, a distraught lady entered the store with a dusty old triathlon bicycle, clearly too large for her. Curious, the employee asked about the bicycle’s history, and she shared that it had belonged to her late husband, who passed away months before. Tears welled in her eyes as she contemplated giving up cycling altogether, feeling overwhelmed by grief.

Moved by her story, the employee encouraged her not to abandon something that clearly brought her so much joy. Instead, the employee suggested upgrading to a new bicycle that would honor her husband's memory while embarking on new adventures.
